Savannah officially Sucks Dick

Yes thats right “SSD” now officially stands for Savannah Sucks Dick.

Jason Statts was brutally and needlessly shot in the neck point blank by a Savannah ASSHOLE.

As the story goes, Statts and his friend Dave were in his car in the driveway in front of his house, when the ASSHOLE came up to them and asked them if they wanted to by drugs.  They said no, they did not want to buy drugs.  Then the ASSHOLE asked them if they had any money to give him.  They said no, they didnt, but they had beers and gave him beers.  The ASSHOLE took the beers walked around the back of the car, came over to where Statts was sitting, reached in and point blank shot Statts in the neck.  The bullet went straight through his neck and into Dave.  Im not sure where Dave was shot, all i know is that Dave had to have surgery and Statts didnt.  So they both went to the ER/TRAUMA center and Statts was diagnosed as being paralysed from the nipples down.  Dave had surgery and was released, thankfully.  As of this morning Statts can move his fingers a little, which is a good sign.

So as of right now 2:11 pm on a Saturday afternoon I sit here and wonder why Savannah exists?  Why people live there?  And why people go back and think that its a nice place.  Savannah is a demonstative enviroment that breeds negativity and hatred between all people living there.

And now this ASSHOLE that shot Statts is probably sitting around shitty some house talking to some shitty friends about some shitty thing that he did the other night, that makes him feel special.  Well, FUCK YOU Mr. ASSHOLE, FUCK YOU SAVANNAH, GA.  FUCK YOU SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY.  You have done nothing good except make other people despise everything what you are.

I knew Savannah was a cess-pool of some of the most fucked up DNA around. But WOW, I am right behind you in getting out of this town. Send my regards to Jason and Dave, PLEASE! And to everyone else, get out while you can.

Savannah is not safe for ANYBODY…every single person that lives in that town is a potential victim. I recently moved from there and couldn’t be happier. My heart goes out to these guys. Savannah sucks, and no Elizabeth that is not a dumb thing to say! That hell hole just keeps proving itself over and over and over.

Tony, c’mon. cant blame the city. brotherly love up north is actually not that either, you know that right? Savannah is what it is I think I always remember the hate is still there, kinda part of it I always thought. I didnt know that fellow, but I feel like that could have happened in Philly or NY, or even Asheville (now) having been there (here). Another good person attacked for no good reason. I think its these fuckers that need the blame.

Two things.

(1)I was hurt and angry when I wrote that and
(2)Your wrong.

I have met some of my best friends and some of the most kind an caring people I know, including you, in Savannah, but I have also encountered some of the most evilest people there too. Evil meaning that they have no consideration for what is right and what is wrong and just do it anyways under the guise of saying its for the right reasons and trying to get by. I wont even touch the religious shroud of deception that is covering the city.

So I do realize this tragedy can happen to any one of us at any time, but there are some places that it happens more frequently and without reason.

WHERE BROOKLYN AT!!! CALL ME!!!

I just recently moved back to Los Angeles from Savannah. On any given day or night at any given minute, I would feel safer in the less desirable neighborhoods here than I ever did in Savannah. Look up the crime rates in Savannah. That shit hole has accomplished going way above and beyond the national average. The point is…these thugs specifically target the after downtown crowd and always have. Before anybody defends Savannah, just think of how many times this could have been you.

P.S. What Tony said on here is completely validated!!! 110%!

I understand and you took the words out of my mouth. Savannah created many friendships and still does to this day. I visited Ben and met more genuine people while i was there. I think with the extreme bad comes extreme good. I havent met friends like I have in savannah, never will. Your right about savannah breeding it, its fucking rough. remember the guy shot through his door after an attempted robbery. I didnt know him but, If I remember this right he died trying to keep the guys away from his wife, girlfriend? That was my introduction to Sav. I knew it was rough the first week I got there but still stayed for –years (cant remember). Someone help and lets remember the one shot through the door trying to save themselves from the fuckers trying to rob them…

Brother - i have lived there for 6 years, and I’ve traveled all over the US during that time. I’ve never seen a more screwed up city than Savannah. Crime, racial tension, lazy and stupid people, crime, more crime. There are some GREAT people there - I’ve met a wonderful cadre of friends, but the city as a whole - I’m going to live somewhere else as fast as I can get out.
